Bayer To Invest $303 M in New Production Plant in Finland
Bayer is investing EUR 250 million ($303 million) to build a new pharmaceutical plant and concurrently modernize its existing production plant in Turku, Finland.
The new production plant will be built on an existing building in Artukais, Turuk, Finland, where Bayer already has operations, and will be completed by 2025.
Bayer’s Turku facility develops and manufactures long-acting contraceptives that are exported to more than 130 countries. Bayer currently employs more than 1,000 people in Finland.
