MedPharm, a Guildford, England-headquartered provider of formulation and development services for topical and transdermal products, has invested £1 million ($1.4 million) to expand its formulation-development laboratories at its UK headquarters.

MedPharm says the expansion is to accommodate the new scientists needed to service the increase in demand for its formulation development, performance testing, and manufacturing services.
