The DCAT organization is pleased to announce its 2025 Board of Directors, who will serve from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025. These individuals were selected by the organization’s Leadership Development Committee and approved by Member Company Designated Delegates through a recent balloting process. 
 
Elected as President is Donna Gruol, President and Founder of Lone Fox Endeavors, LLC. Previously, Ms. Gruol served as the First Vice President, Second Vice President/Finance Officer, and Third Vice President.

Joining Ms. Gruol on the Executive Committee are: 
 
Kelsey Achenbach of dsm-firmenich, who previously served as Second Vice President/Finance Officer and will now serve as the First Vice President. Ken Seufert of JRS Pharma, LP, who previously served as the Third Vice President, will now serve as the Second Vice President/Finance Officer. Michael Semo of Eli Lilly and Company was elected as the Third Vice President. 

Directors: Board of Directors 
Re-elected as Directors on the Board are Camran Aslam of GlaxoSmithKline, Christopher Conway of Bio X Cell, and Pierfrancesco Morosini of ICROM. Newly elected to the Board is Allison Vavala of Flamma Group and Louis Weber of Mikart LLC.

Rounding out the eleven-person Board of Directors are the Immediate Past Presidents, Charles Davies of BNL Global (a Caldic Company) and Kerri McCullough Wood of TAPI.
